Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through arvenzru.com. The seller is Hangzhou Qingmu Jiyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating the arvenzru store. Read these terms together with Shipping Policy and Return Policy before ordering. Privacy Policy separately explains personal-information processing; Terms of Use governs website conduct.

Selecting the Item You Intend to Buy

Review the selected product, variant, quantity, measurements, materials, intended use, and price. A styled photograph may include objects that are not part of the sale. Only the contents stated in the product description are included.

Do not assume that a decorative vase holds water, is suitable for food, or can withstand heat or outdoor conditions unless the listing expressly confirms it. Color appearance may vary with lighting and screens, but this does not excuse a material mismatch, wrong item, or defect.

Eligibility and Checkout Details

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with valid authorization. Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You do not need to subscribe to marketing to purchase.

Before paying, review the available delivery method, order currency, shipping charge, taxes collected, and total amount. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to send card numbers or security codes to customer care.

Order Receipt and Acceptance

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Payment authorization or collection before dispatch does not permit us to retain funds for an order we cannot fulfill.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, unavailable delivery service, a material pricing error, suspected unauthorized payment, or another lawful reason. We explain the relevant issue where permitted and promptly refund amounts collected for an unfulfilled order. We do not replace an item, increase an accepted price, or impose new charges without your agreement.

If a material listing error affects your decision, we will offer corrected information and a choice to proceed where possible or cancel for a refund. A general accuracy disclaimer does not remove your rights for a misdescribed product.

Prices and Promotions

The currency and amount displayed in the final checkout summary apply to the order. Promotions are subject to conditions disclosed before purchase. We do not charge a recurring subscription merely because you make a product purchase. Bank-imposed currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are set by your provider.

Any recipient-paid import duties or clearance charges must be explained before payment for an applicable cross-border order. If the charge arrangement is unclear, contact us before completing checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellation

For standard products, you may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation fee by emailing service@arvenzru.com with your order number. We initiate refunds for accepted unshipped cancellations within 2 business days, subject to shorter mandatory deadlines. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Item and address changes depend on whether fulfillment can still be updated. We confirm what can be changed and obtain agreement to any revised total. After dispatch, Return Policy applies, together with any statutory cancellation rights. We do not create a fixed hourly cancellation limit that overrides the right to cancel an unshipped standard order under these terms.

Delivery and Responsibility

Standard processing is normally 1–3 business days, followed by estimated standard transit of 7–15 business days, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days. Any different item or destination-specific schedule must be disclosed before payment. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping Policy explains fulfillment origin, tracking, delays, and missing parcels. We remain your point of contact when a carrier is involved. We do not treat handing a parcel to the carrier as completing delivery to you. Risk is allocated under applicable law and is not transferred earlier by these terms; where consumer law requires actual receipt by you or your designated recipient, that protection applies.

Inspection and After Purchase Assistance

Check your order when it arrives, without handling unsafe fragments. Contact us if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from its description. We provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost where the issue is our responsibility. Prompt notice assists investigation but does not shorten statutory rights.

For a preference-based return, notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery and follow Return Policy. Customers pay preference-based postage to the designated facility in China. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved ordinary return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt of the return, including inspection; mandatory earlier deadlines take priority.

Consumer Protections and Disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory withdrawal rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not disclaim responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Please first contact service@arvenzru.com so we can review a concern. This does not require you to give up access to a regulator, payment dispute process, or court. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is created by these terms.

To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, reflecting the seller's place of registration. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their place of habitual residence. Subject to those rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in another court available under applicable law.

Version Applicable to Your Purchase

The terms disclosed when you placed your order govern that purchase, except for a lawful change agreed with you or required by law. Later website updates do not retrospectively reduce an existing order's rights. If pages conflict, mandatory law prevails and we honor a more favorable specific promise made to you before purchase rather than using the conflict to remove it.
